Chris Hemsworth seems pretty laidback as far as Hollywood stars go but he wasn’t afraid to put his foot down when his personal trainer was offered a role on none other than The Bachelor Australia.

Celebrity PT Luke Zocchi, who helped prep the Aussie A-lister for his Netflix film Extraction, told Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa on Friday morning that he’d been approached to appear on the reality TV dating show in the past.

Luke said he declined the offer but couldn’t resist having a bit of fun with his famous client.

I actually said it as a joke and [Chris] said, ‘If you go on The Bachelor I will fire you!’,” he revealed.

“Thor will get the hammer out!” Fitzy joked in response.

Luckily for Chris — but less so for the country’s eligible bachelorettes — Luke is officially off the market after coupling up with a Swedish backpacker who he met in his home town of Byron Bay.

He joked that he’d ‘done a Zac Efron’ in reference to the High School Musical star’s recent relationship with another Byron local, Vanessa Valladares.

Luke has also been training Zac who has called the picturesque beach town home for several months now.

Elsewhere in the chat, Luke hosed down rumours that Hemsworth brothers Luke and Liam were battling it out for the role of X-Men’s Wolverine.

Liam was working out and he looks like Wolverine but they were saying Luke wanted the role...” prompted co-host Sarah McGilvray.

I honestly know nothing about this,” Luke replied.
