Fans jumped into the Instagram comments on both foodie’s posts to discuss the product, but couldn’t seem to agree.

“OMG I NEED,” wrote one fan, and another was on the same page, writing, “Carrot cake is ELITE 😍.” A third chimed in to say, “Yummy! It sounds delicious because I love carrot cake (without raisins)!”

Some fans were willing to give the truffles a chance, writing, “This sounds crazy… must try,” with one fan saying that while they weren’t opposed to it, they didn’t necessarily want to buy a whole bag of the chocolates. “I hope they sell it in Lindor stores too so I can get a few to try without buying the bag,” they wrote.

However, not all fans were as enthusiastic about the product. One commenter noted that they didn’t think they’d like it on the grounds that they’ve had lackluster experiences with the brand in the past. “I got the maple ones and was disappointed and I love maple,” they wrote.

Another went in a different direction, commenting, “Can't wait to try this one! I wish I would've tried the chocolate covered pistachio one!”
