Chloe and Halle Bailey Wore Latex, Seashells, and Diamonds to The Fashion Awards
The Pandora ambassadors brought double the style to the red carpet.
London got the global treatment this past week thanks to stylish stars from around the world who gathered at Royal Albert Hall to celebrate both year’s buzziest new designers, trailblazing innovators, and lasting icons at The Fashion Awards 2024 presented by Pandora. The night saw a plethora of A-listers, from Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan, Glenn Powell, and Julia Fox to Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, take to the red carpet in fashion-forward looks that flooded the algorithms with excitement.
But what excited us most at InStyle was the opening performance, which saw musical powerhouses and Pandora Global Brand Ambassadors Chloe and Halle Bailey reuniting on the stage for the first time in over a year to perform a crowd-rousing remix of the Bee Gees’ classic hit "To Love Somebody." Having shot to stardom by uploading cover songs to YouTube in the early ‘10s, which earned them a spot on Beyonce’s record label, Parkwood Entertainment, the duo has taken Hollywood by storm and amassed a global following in the years since.
“We were so excited to perform at The Fashion Awards 2024 and to be part of a night that celebrates the intersection of fashion, culture, and creativity,” said the sisters in a press release. “Music and fashion are both about self-expression, and this event is a perfect platform to honor the incredible talent shaping those worlds.” Thanks to their stellar singing, blockbuster performances on screen, and endearing connection with each other and their fans, the sisters perfectly embody Pandora’s mission to create jewelry that reflects real-life stories and genuine moments.
For the evening’s red carpet, Chloe wore a skintight black latex corset and evening skirt from Atsuko Kodo, while Halle wore an Ellie Misner dress that cascaded with seashells—a very fitting choice for the Little Mermaid actress. Both wore chic coordinated pieces from the Pandora Moments collection, with stacks of rings and necklaces with layers of charms.
And even though Chloe and Halle may have separate stylists, Anna Trevelyan and Jason Rembert respectively, the common thread of both of their styles is undeniable confidence. Ahead, the duo gives InStyle a behind-the-scenes look at how they got ready for The Fashion Awards 2024.

Their Sense of Style
Chloe: "I have to give a huge shoutout to my nephew Halo because he's brought [out] the best in me. My sense of style is rich auntie—it's giving elevated auntie, baddie classy, can’t mess with me type of look. That's what I'm going for!"
Halle: "I’m really going for an ethereal, dreamy, dainty, but still sexy kinda phase in my life. Especially after having a baby I am dressing for my body now and learning to show a bit more skin."
What They Wore
Chloe: "The look that I'm wearing tonight—I had a few looks—on the carpet was this beautiful red and black latex gown. I love wearing latex, but what I loved about this is we really brought the class out of it by having the long train and, you know, the mermaid shape of the skirt. It was simple but so powerful and striking."
Halle: "The look that I’m wearing tonight is a really special dress by a beautiful designer named Ellie [Misner]. It’s very structural but also flattering because of my waistline. It has a corset, so I feel like I have a tiny waist, but then the structural part of the dress goes wide and out with these beautiful adornments of seashells and pearls. It was just the most beautiful dress I feel like I've ever worn, to date."
Details of Their Pandora Jewelry
Chloe: "Some special details about my Pandora Jewelry? I have a couple of favorite pieces I’ve worn. I love the necklace set we created into a choker on the carpet. It really was simple but the right just amount of boom that I needed for that latex, simple, gorgeous, striking dress. It was just absolutely perfect."
Halle: "My Pandora jewelry was so special as well on top of this outfit because it was very dainty, very like just enough. I wore earcuffs, I wore these two beautiful diamond necklaces, um, that were dainty but still shined, and that's what I love about Pandora."
The Inspo Behind Their Glam
Chloe: " I always love being clean and showing off my skin, but I also like to have fun. So my makeup artist and I decided to do these bottom lashes for the carpet look, small ones, just to bring out a little bit of the classy femme fatale them we were going for the entire night. I feel like it really tied in with my loose curls with the dress."
Halle: "My glam was a vampire kind of glam—you know, nighttime. I had on a dark burgundy lip, it had to be matte though because I was singing. We were really just going for dark beauty for the performance."
Their Favorite Part of the Evening
Chloe: " Performing with my sister, seeing A$AP Rocky up on stage accepting his award, and seeing the beautiful Rihanna with her big blue hat in the audience as well. Another favorite moment was seeing Issa Rae up there accepting her award. It was just such a great time, as well as seeing Tom Ford accept his award—what incredible icons and Anna Wintour introducing it, it was just really cool."
Halle: "Watching all of the young talent win and all of the designers who really deserved it get recognition. It’s beautiful to see other creatives get recognized for the hard work that they’ve done all year."
How They Unwind
Chloe: "I pig out because, on a day as hectic as the one we had, I tend to forget to eat, so I'll always have a really big meal afterward. I'll take my makeup off, and I usually spend the rest of the day approving pictures so we can post them the next day. Then I go straight to sleep!"
Halle: "A glass of wine and some sleep!"
