Chloe Fineman couldn’t help but fangirl over Kamala Harris.

The 36-year-old comedian shared on TikTok that she met the Democratic presidential nominee, 60, backstage at Saturday Night Live on Saturday, Nov. 2. But unfortunately, Fineman forgot she was dressed as Timothée Chalamet.

“I'm waiting for photographic evidence, but last night at SNL,” she recalled. “I turned a corner and I was like, ‘Oh my god, Oh my god.’ And it was Kamala.”

Fineman went on to share that she attempted to find common ground with Harris by bringing up that they both had roots in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“I'm a freak and was like ‘Bay Area’ because I'm from the Bay as is she,” the Berkeley, Calif. native explained. “And I was like, Oh my god, blah, blah, blah, you lived in my best friend's apartment, like, doo, doo, talking about Oakland. And I was so excited.”

Fineman then agreed to take a photo with the politician without remembering that she was dressed for a sketch.

“Her aides were like, ‘Do you want a picture?’ And I was like, ‘Yes.’ And I held her hand and just was motivational and speaking from the heart,” she said. “And then, we go to take the picture, and as we're taking a picture, I'm like, ‘Oh my god, I'm dressed as Timothée Chalamet.' I need to find this picture, but damn, and I don't look bad as Timothée Chalamet but it's crazy. It's crazy.”

The actress was dressed as the Dune star for a musical sketch — which included parodies of Broadway songs from "Hamilton," "Grease" and “The Lion King” — about the Timothée Chalamet look-alike contest that recently happened in New York.

As for Harris, she was on hand at the NBC late show to take part in the cold open.

After a conversation with President Joe Biden (played by Dana Carvey) and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff (Andy Samberg), Maya Rudolph as the vice president sat down in front of a mirror.

"I wish I could talk to someone who's been in my shoes... a Black, south Asian woman running for president, preferably from the Bay Area," Rudolph said.

Appearing opposite Rudolph, Harris gave her a boost of confidence, saying, "You and me both, sister. It is nice to see you, Kamala. I'm just here to remind you: You've got this. Because you can do something your opponent cannot do. You can open doors."

The joke was a reference when Trump seemingly missed a garbage truck door as he attempted to open it during an appearance on Oct. 30 in Wisconsin.

After joking about Harris’ signature laugh, the pair said in unison,  "Keep calmala and carry on-a-la," before adding, "We know each other so well we even finish each other's ...belief in the promise of America."

Rudolph then added, "I'm gonna vote for us," Harris jokingly asked if she was registered in Pennsylvania.
