Sad, sad day. Rest In Power, Uncle Stan. You have made the world a better place through the power of modern mythology and your love of this messy business of being human… pic.twitter.com/x6yZ6ClNSX

Not only working as a writer but also an editor, publisher Hollywood executive and self-promoter of Marvel, Stan played a critical role in the revival of the comic book industry in the 1960s by bringing these superheroes and their sophisticated action-packed plots to life.
The creative talent also became known for his own cameos in the Marvel Comic movies, television shows, and video games with his most recent on-screen appearance being in this year’s release of Venom.
