Catherine has been a fan of hula-hooping for years now. In 2012, she told InStyle, “I’m obsessed with hula-hooping. I do it for 20 minutes a day. I don’t use the old-fashioned hollow plastic kind we had when we were kids, but I discovered a new one at Danskin that’s smaller and weighted.”

In 2013, the Zorro star even took her hooping skills on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

This isn’t the first time that the Prodigal Son alum has shared a bathing suit pic on Instagram, either. In July, she shared a photo of herself rocking a spotted white bikini and bucket hat.

Catherine, who shares two children with her husband Michael Douglas, recently spoke to The Telegraph’s Stella about how she still likes to get glammed up, even when there’s no red carpet to hit.

"I’m a huge lover of old Hollywood glamour and a bit of an eye-make-up girl,” she told the magazine. "I literally don’t put the bins out without mascara on or a bit of eyeliner, so that’s where I started. I think my eyes are too small and I always want to accentuate them."
