Carrie Bickmore has sparked comparisons to a famous star of yesteryear with her stunning wardrobe choice on The Project on Wednesday night.
Carrie's Marilyn moment
The TV panelist, 40, was camera-ready in a crisp white pleated shirt by homegrown fashion brand Acler that she cinched at the waist with a matching gold buckle belt.
At $250, the 'Prospect Top' also features a button-up front and an elegant, high-necked collar topped off with a single gold button.
The sleeveless style put Carrie's arms on show, much to the delight of her fans on social media where she shared a snap of her look.
"Oh you look so beautiful!! The best shoulders too!" gushed one in the comments on Instagram.

"Simply stunning!" added another.
More than one of Carrie's followers compared her with Hollywood icon and sex symbol Marilyn Monroe, who sported a similar dress in that breezy scene from the 1955 rom-com, The Seven Year Itch.
"Marilyn Monroe vibes. Just gorgeous," wrote a fan, while another declared, "you do it better".
For others, it was a pair of equally chic princesses that came to mind.
"Princess Diana vibes," commented one fan.
"Very Grace Kelly circa Rear Window - the white halter blouse is eternally stylish," added another.
Gold Logie-winner Carrie sparked a similar reaction when she wore a smart white blazer by Aussie label Rebecca Vallance.
