Camila and Matthew McConaughey Make Special ‘Tequila Turkey’ for Thanksgiving: ‘It Came Out So Good!’

The couple put a twist on a traditional Thanksgiving turkey with a healthy splash of their Pantalones Organic Tequila

Camila and Matthew McConaughey are adding a little something extra to their Thanksgiving dinner this year.

In an Instagram video posted on Wednesday, Nov. 27, Camila, 41, was joined by her actor husband, 55, as she put a special twist on a traditional turkey with a healthy splash of the couple’s Pantalones Organic Tequila.

The clip began with Camila pouring Pantalones into a bowl filled with brine containing a whole turkey. Matthew then appeared and told the camera, “More,” to which Camila responded with a smile, “No, I’m not doing it.”

Someone off-camera — presumably Matthew — then cheekily poured more tequila into the mixture as Camila laughed and said, “Hey that’s good, but save some for us!”

Next Camila revealed a bowl featuring sliced apples and onions and noted that they were going inside the turkey along with the aromatics, before showing off the tasty-looking end result as she pulled the finished bird out of the oven.

“Oh look how beautiful this is!” Camila commented. "We just made picture-picture turkey with Pantalones. This is beautiful. I’ve never made a turkey so beautiful before.”

"Now I'm going to enjoy some tequila turkey with my Pantalones Tequila. Enjoy, Happy Thanksgiving," Camila added as she blew a kiss at the camera, before the video switched to her tucking into a piece of the bird.

“No joke…it came out sooo good!!!” the model and entrepreneur captioned the clip. “Tequila Turkey with @pantalonestequila link in bio for the WINNING RECIPE.”

The recipe — titled ‘The Alves-McConaughey “Pantalones” Turkey’ and created by chef Laurence Agnew — was posted on Camila’s lifestyle and community website, Women of Today.

Camila also thanked the chef “for making me now comfortable on thanksgiving turkey something I was so afraid of it before!!” in her Instagram caption.

The McConaugheys, who share three children, announced their joint tequila brand in October 2023.

In a nod to the name of their project, they announced the news with a cheeky pantless video and joked that their new spirit was "the best thing we’ve made with our pants on."

After promising many more pantless ads were to come, the couple were without their clothes again when they celebrated the brand's 1st birthday last month surrounded by balloons, streamers and cakes, including one shaped like a bottle of Pantalones.

Other campaigns have shown the married couple riding motorcycles, playing pickleball and mowing the lawn without their pants.
