Bunnings fans go crazy for new kids party packs: 'So cool'
In case you haven’t already heard, Bunnings birthday parties are definitely a thing.
From green and red balloons and decked-out Bunnings' decor to dishing up a sausage sizzle, fans of the store have gone all out to create Bunnings-themed birthday parties.
Jumping onboard the popular party trend, mums have long been throwing memorable Bunnings bashes for their little ones, and now the store has responded in the best way possible.
Bunnings has launched its own kids party packs, complete with themed bunting, napkins, plates, party hats, invitations, cupcake wrappers and more.
The packs, which are available for $29, have been designed so you can host the ultimate DIY celebration, with 135 party pieces for 10 guests.
Perth mum Kylie Stingers famously threw her son Carter a Bunnings-themed 4th birthday party back in 2018 which quickly went viral.

She says Carter is now even more excited to see that the store has specialised party packs, which he and hundreds of other young fans inspired.
"When Carter saw the packs, he thought they were ‘soooooo cool’ and loved the hammer characters and birthday badge," Kylie says.
"He thinks lots of kids are going to have the best Bunnings parties this year!"
Party packs already proving to be popular
While the packs have only just hit shelves in some stores, Bunnings fans are already scrambling to get their hands on them.
After one mum spotted them at her local warehouse in Capalaba Queensland, she shared the exciting find on the Bunnings Mums Australia Facebook page.
Her post was quickly flooded with hundreds of comments from others wanting to find one themselves.
"My dreams are coming true!" One excited person wrote, with another adding "These are SO cool!"
But the packs aren't just popular with kids; a lot of mums said they wanted them for their own parties too.
"'Kids’ party pack'? I want them for me!! Omg how cool are they!" One mum exclaimed.
"Waitttttt I’m totally going to get that for my partner's birthday. He’s always at Bunnings hahaha!" added another, with a third saying, “Never mind kids, what about all the dads!"
How to score one
The Bunnings Kids Party Packs will be dropping in stores nationally from Thursday 24 March and will also be available online soon.
But if you’re thinking of hosting a big Bunnings bash you had better get in quick. The Kids Party Packs will be available while stocks last and in limited quantities.
Due to trading restrictions in Western Australia, the Party Packs will only be available in Armadale, Broome and Bunbury stores.
