All the BTS Footage from 'Wicked': Incredible Stunts, Live Singing, and Set Tours

Been incredibly busy taking the lyrics of "Defying Gravity" and really holding space with that, but found some time between holding that aforementioned space to devote approximately 2 hours of our weekend to watching behind-the-scenes clips from Wicked. And now, we're here to bring you the content you desperately need.

Let's kick things off with Cynthia Erivo's stunts, because turns out she did them herself and they involved careening through the air in a harness while singing live. Watching this will give you a whole new appreciation for what she accomplished with this performance:

There's also a set tour and getting ready video with Ariana Grande—where we see her transform into Glinda (and get her tattoos covered up).

And multiple videos deep diving Cynthia's time on set, which includes her getting ear prosthetics (turns out she has so many piercings it was easier to just use false ears vs. covering them all up) and performing "The Wizard and I."

Okay, but most incredible? This footage of the cast singing live on set—including Ariana and Cynthia performing "Defying Gravity" without any accompanying music.

Kay, need to spend some time holding space with this, it's been real.
