Bruce's daughter Tallulah, 31, kicked off her father's milestone birthday celebrations — the actor turns 70 on Wednesday, March 19 — by sharing a still of her father in the 1988 action classic Die Hard — to Instagram.
"happy 70th to my favorite friend! you are a light that can never be dimmed!" she wrote in a caption to her post. "I love you so proud to be your baby Tallulah Belle Bruce Willis 🐟🐠"
Tallulah's older sister Rumer, 36, joined in on the fun when she shared an undated video of her mother Demi Moore dancing with Bruce to Instagram as well. "To the King…I love you Daddio," Rumer wrote in the caption to that video. "Happy 70th Birthday papa."
Scout, 33, also paid tribute to her father on her own Instagram page when she shared a carousel of photos featuring Bruce and a video of him kissing her on the cheek. "Happy birthday to the Greatest of all time. 🐐," Scout wrote in her caption. "Every day I thank the Gods that 50% of my DNA is from him. The music I make, the magic I create, and the magnetic mischief I incite, that’s my father’s legacy alive in the world."
Bruce and Moore, 62, share daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah; the retired actor also shares two younger daughters, Mabel Ray, 12, and Evelyn Penn, 10, with Emma Heming Willis, whom Bruce has been married to since 2009.

In 2022, Bruce’s family released a statement revealing that he would be retiring from acting after having an aphasia diagnosis. The family shared that his condition had progressed into frontotemporal dementia in early 2023, and Bruce has largely stayed out of the spotlight since his diagnosis.
Along with the family's semi-frequent health updates on Bruce's life, Emma and the rest of the blended family have offered glimpses of fun times with Bruce in the years since he retired from acting. Last June, his wife shared a video to Instagram showing the Pulp Fiction star enjoying a trip to Disneyland; in January, she posted footage of Bruce thanking Los Angeles first responders amid the city's wildfires.
