Yahoo Lifestyle Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham’s Matching Outfit Moment Is *Very* Familiar
When it comes to couple goals, nothing is a bigger green flag than matching couple style – from an outside perspective, at least. And when it comes to the notoriously private lives of our favorite celebs, often that's all we see. So, continuing with this train of thought, consider David and Victoria Beckham ultimate couple goals as it's safe to say no one before or after has done coordinating couple's style quite like Posh and Becks in the '90s and '00s.
Until now, that is. In a case of the apple falling directly below the tree (AKA not far at all), the eldest son of the former footballer and Spice Girl, Brooklyn Beckham, had his own twinning moment with his wife of almost three years, Nicola Peltz Beckham, on Monday, February. The couple attended the Burberry AW25 show that closed London Fashion Week in the fashion house's signature check print.
Brooklyn donned an elevated zip-neck hooded jacket and coordinating trousers with multiple zip pockets, both entirely adorned in the Burberry check to nail the sports luxe aesthetic. He paired his ensemble with chunky black trainers, at one point adding a baseball cap (worn backwards) emblazoned with the logo of his premium organic hot sauce brand, Cloud23. Meanwhile, Nicola opted for similar Burberry check cargo pants but went topless beneath a leather jacket worn part undone to show off her bare stomach. She carried a black quilted bag in the crook of one arm and added towering black platform boots to boost her statuesque height.
Seemingly copying the blueprint of his parent's marriage, Brooklyn and Nicola's attire – not least for the retro design cues – gave us major flashbacks to the matching outfits David and Victoria used to wear. Most iconically, their head-to-toe Gucci leather looks. This isn't the first time Brooklyn and NPB have channelled David and Victoria, and we highly doubt it will be the last.
