The 34-year-old popstar, who will be honoured with the Millennial Award at the awards show, has taken to the red carpet at the prestigious event in Las Vegas, wearing a black bodysuit with a long cape and fishnet knee-length boots.

Spears, who is set to perform at the event later today, looked almost unrecognisable on the red carpet, with the star appearing to have had some professional help to enhance her looks.

In May the Toxic singer sparked plastic surgery rumours when she appeared on the 100th cover of V Magazine looking like she had undergone a dramatic transformation.

Her face and nose appeared slimmer, however it's not clear if it was simply airbrushing or if she had undergone surgery for the shoot.

In 2013, Spears admitted to visiting a plastic surgeon's office to maintain her youthful appearance.

Speaking to InStyle Spears said the doctor "does fun stuff to me sometimes".

"I’ve had lip injections before," she said.

However she only admitted to having occasional injections and not plastic surgery.
