In her caption, she explained she wanted Macey to have her own 'special moment' like her twin sister.

"My twin sister who has special needs came down at my wedding with my fiancé, now who I call my husband," she explained.

"I wanted her to have her special moment as a bride like her twin sister. I will forever cherish this! Look at how she is just looking around at everyone like she’s on her throne.

"This is why I fell in love with him because he loves her as much as I do."

The heartfelt moment understandably received millions of likes and tens of thousands of comments from people praising the groom for the beautiful act.

"This man understands his assignment. He isn't just marrying his bride, but her soul sister. This is powerful," one person commented.

"Best thing I have ever seen on TikTok," another person wrote.

"This made my special needs momma heart so happy," was another response, while a fourth wrote: "I tried so hard not to cry but failed miserably."

Speaking to local news station KKTV11 afterwards, Morgan explained when she met her now husband Brian Altier six years ago, she made sure he knew she and Macey came as a pair.

"It was just important for him to know that this, she will forever be in our lives," she said.

"I just wanted her to have that ‘All eyes on me, my special moment'. I just wanted her to share that with me."

Since the story went viral she also took to her TikTok to thank people for their support.

"I can’t begin to explain how thankful we are for all of the love and support that has been given over this special video of Macey and my husband," she wrote.

"Never thought this video would spread like it did and the love that everyone has shown for my sister is unbelievable and so amazing!"
