Bindi Irwin is reflecting as 2023 comes to a close.

In an Instagram post on Friday, the 25-year-old shared a video highlighting her favorite moments of the year with her loved ones, including her husband Chandler Powell and their 2-year-old daughter, Grace Warrior.

Featuring footage of herself on various adventures with Powell, 27, and Grace — including moments from the family's recent trip to Disney World — Bindi could also be seen with her mother, Terri Irwin, and brother, Robert Irwin, at the annual Steve Irwin Gala in November, which Grace attended for the first time this year.

"2023 changed the trajectory of my entire life. I will forever live in awe and gratitude for this year of validation," Bindi captioned the post, which was set to the OneRepublic's "I Lived."

"With all my heart, thank you, to the people I love so dearly who gave me the opportunity to embark on a new beginning. You mean everything to me," the caption concluded.

While Bindi doesn't explicitly mention her endometriosis diagnosis in the caption, her mother did in a heartfelt comment on the post.

"So much changed in 2023. You conquered endometriosis, tackled many conservation projects, and best of all Grace is growing up to be such a brilliant and beautiful little girl," Terri, 59, wrote. "I love you all dearly and I’m incredibly excited for the adventures to come in 2024! ❤️."

In August, Irwin spoke to PEOPLE about her diagnosis. At the time, the Crikey! It's The Irwins star said she underwent countless tests before doctors figured out why she had symptoms like fatigue, pain and nausea.

“It’s so hard because you feel like it’s inescapable,” she said. “You don’t know what’s wrong with you, and then when people tell you ‘It’s all in your head’ or ‘you’re hormonal’ or ‘just have a cup of tea, lay down,’ you end up feeling so desperately alone because there’s no answers."

One day in August, while climbing up a "tiny hill" with Grace, Bindi said she experienced pain so severe she fell to the ground in a fetal position. A friend encouraged her to get a laparoscopy — a minimally invasive method for the diagnosis and treatment of intra-abdominal diseases.

After the results revealed 37 lesions and a cyst on her ovary, Irwin had surgery and said she felt better. She also revealed to PEOPLE that she feels "so lucky" to have Grace in her life through difficult times.

"I think that every day I wake up and I look at our beautiful daughter and think she is our tiny little miracle and it makes me cry because we were very, very lucky to have her," the environmental conversationalist said.
