PSA! Beyoncé just transformed herself into one of the most iconic musicians of all time, Prince. Queen B, who is also undeniably the biggest star of her generation, took to the 'gram to share the unreal snaps. And honestly guys, we are literally obsessed.
Reworking the late artist's classic Purple Rain cover, Beyoncé went all out in a plunging ruffled white shirt with Victorian-style sleeves and cuffs, a teeny pair of purple lace hotpants, and a long silk fitted blazer complete with a statement collar and furry edgings.
The 43-year-old paired the instantly recognisable look with some metallic purple gloves and thigh-high purple snakeskin platform heels. Posing for the shots, she got into character even further by donning a Prince-esque wig while holding an electric guitar also reminiscent of the Prince and the Revolution, Purple Rain album cover.
In true Beyoncé style, the singer added an assortment of bling to the look, including multiple silver chokers and a pair of abstract earrings. To tie it all together, she opted for a dramatic purple smoky eye, perfectly sculpted brows and glossy pink lips.
Of course, the amazing transformation didn't go unnoticed by her fans or fellow celebrities, many of whom took to the comments section to gush over the look.
While Khloé Kardashian dropped a string of fitting purple heart emojis, Aquaria typed: "Here we gooooo!!!!!" alongside multiple guitar emojis.
