The Best Photos of the Wales Kids at Trooping the Colour 2024

The Wales kids are supporting their grandfather at Trooping the Colour 2024.

Today, 10-year-old Prince George, 9-year-old Princess Charlotte, and six-year-old Prince Louis arrived at the annual ceremony to celebrate the birthday of King Charles III. While the king's birthday doesn't technically occur until November 14, Trooping the Colour—the annual early summer event that rings in the U.K. monarch's birthday—has traditionally taken place in June since the 18th-century reign of King George II.

The trio were all smiles as they rode in a carriage down the Mall in London alongside mom Princess Kate, who herself is making a grand return into the spotlight with her first official public appearance since last December. For most of this year, Kate has abstained from public duties as she privately battles cancer.

For today's event, the royal siblings coordinated in navy blue looks with accents of white, with both Louis and George in a smart suit and Charlotte in a sailor's dress.
