Best friends form throuple after falling for same woman

Two best friends have revealed they formed a throuple with a woman they met on holiday, after both of them "fell in love" with her at the same time, and are even planning on starting a family all together.

Brazilians Dino De Souza, 40, and Saulo Gomes, 30, met 27-year-old Bélarus beauty Olga while on holidays in Barcelona in 2019.

“Saulo and I arrived in Barcelona and went directly to a bar to see the Champions League game which was showing that night," Dino told Jam Press.

“We entered the bar and Olga was there with a group of friends.”

After they set eyes on Olga, the duo were captivated and decided they both wanted to ask her out.

Torn on how to resolve the situation without causing issues with their friendship, both men approached the young woman – and eventually, the trio began going on dates together.

“We approached her and we invited her to go and get a drink with us, and that was where our beautiful story began,” Dino says.

The trio never planned on becoming a throuple; Dino and Saulo simply fell head over heels with Olga and went full steam ahead.

“For us, it is not a question of being in a relationship with three people,” Dino says.

“It's a question of chemistry, we happened to be connected. The chemistry was so strong that we are impressed to know what the other is thinking or feeling.”

Now the trio has been together for nearly a year and a half, living together in Toulouse in the South of France.

They have started talking about plans to have children together in the future.

"We want Olga to mother children from me and from Saulo,” Dino says.

For now, Dino, Saulo and Olga travel, go to restaurants and go on dates just like a typical couple would, but as a trio.

On these outings, they do get some strong reactions from onlookers.

“We don't get a lot of comments but we get a lot of confused looks from people,” Dino says, adding: “We also don't give a f*** what people think about us!”

Friends and family were similarly confused about their unique relationship at the beginning, but with time and explanation, are now supportive.

However, they still get confused looks and negative comments from people in public – but choose to ignore these and focus on their relationship instead.

Dino said: “In the beginning, we received many shocking messages from friends and family trying to understand what was happening.

“When they have an opportunity to get to know us and talk, they completely change the way they were thinking about our relationship,” Dino explains.

As for how they make it work day to day, Dino, Olga and Saulo usually vote to finalise any major decisions, and do their best to always avoid arguments.

“We do not have negative points,” Dino claims fo the relationship. “I will not say it will always be that way, but for the moment, we do not let the negativity enter into our relationship.”

“We always have discussions and find solutions to avoid negative situations.

“If one person has a problem, that becomes a problem for all three of us.”

Describing their roles in the unusual grouping, Dino said: “I’m the child of the relationship and I bring the positivity.

“Saulo is the serious and organised one, while Olga is the distracted and disorganised person, but brings unconditional and pure love to the relationship.”
