Bentley gets behind the wheel in exclusive “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” season 2 preview

We feel old.

There's nothing like a long-running docuseries about young parents to make you feel old.

EW has an exclusive first look at the season 2 premiere of MTV's Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, and it may have some fans looking in the mirror for gray hairs. Maci McKinney's oldest child — sweet, soft-spoken Bentley — is about to get his learner's permit. "Can you believe that I have a kid old enough to drive?" Maci asks her fellow Teen Moms in a video message. (No, Maci, we cannot.)

Of course, before he can obtain the permit, Bentley needs to pass an online test, and with Mama Maci serving as proctor for the exam, he can forget about cheating. "Nobody's gonna know!" the teenager protests. In response, Maci looks incredulously at the pair of camera operators standing in their kitchen. Nice try, kid! After that, it's off to a local parking lot for some nail-biting driving practice. Watch the full clip below.

Maci's fellow moms Catelynn Baltierra, Jade Cline, Cheyenne Davis, Briana DeJesus, Ashley Jones, Leah Messer and Amber Portwood will also be returning for the second season, and Teen Mom 3 star Mackenzie McKee is joining the cast. MTV previously announced that former cast member Jenelle Evans — who is currently going through a contentious separation from estranged husband David Easton — will make a "special appearance amid her divorce and life-changing moves."

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter returns Thursday, May 30, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.
