It's been a long winter and we're seriously ready to hit the beach. But just because we're desperate for some Vitamin Sea doesn't mean we should forget about covering up our skin. If you're not in a rash vest, then covering up with a kaftan, shirt, or dress is a good way of protecting yourself.

Here are some of our favourites:

Cotton On Swing Beach Shirt, $27.99

Soft, loose-fitting, versatile, and 100% organic cotton, beach cover-ups don't come better than this oversized shirt. It's a woven fabrication so it stays cool, has buttons so you can keep sleeves rolled up, and is unlined so it's lightweight. Ideal for throwing on over a cozzie at any time of day, and still looking presentable, it comes in a range of colours, including stripes and paisley patterns.
