Astounding cost of Sonia Kruger's Logies red carpet look: 'Breathtaking'

Sonia Kruger dazzled on TV’s nights of nights aka the 2024 Logie Awards. The Dancing With the Stars host was quite literally dripping with diamonds in her nude-coloured floor-length gown by FatimaK Designs, featuring enviable bling and dramatic sleeves.

As it turns out, the popular TV presenter was decked out in just under $1 million worth of diamonds, thanks to Australian fine family jeweller Jan Logan. A spokesperson for the brand told Yahoo Lifestyle that they worked with Sonia and her stylist on creating the designs, which were then crafted in Sydney by local artisans.

"We were able to work closely with Sonia Kruger and her stylist Natalia De Martin on creating bespoke Jan Logan designs, focusing on chunky diamond settings and a mix of cuts such as emeralds, baguette, pear, round, and marquise diamonds, that could be layered and stacked to compliment her final look.” managing director, Angus Logan said.

No gold for Sonia, but lots of diamonds

While she missed out on nabbing another Gold Logie after Larry Emdur swooped in to take the winning gong, Sonia still looked like an absolute winner in her expensive ensemble.

From 18ct diamond earrings ranging in price from $9,500 to $50,000, to a double stone 18ct diamond ring sitting pretty at a hefty $230,000 price tag, and two of her bracelets going for $110,000 and $145,000 respectively, Sonia was living a life most of us could only fantasise about.

Suddenly the $50 I unnecessarily blew at Lovisa the other day before my own event (at the local pub) seems so very, very tame.

Sonia shared plenty of snaps of her incredible final look on her Instagram with fans and friends all lavishing praise on the TV queen for how stunning she was.
