Angelina Jolie Paired Her Winter Coat With the Most Unexpected Shoes

When Angelia Jolie finds something in her closet that she likes, she'll wear it to death. Take, for instance, the giant Saint Laurent tote she was photographed carrying around multiple times last winter, or her beloved Max Mara camel coat that she pulls out year after year.

Her latest obsession—you might be wondering? A pair of platform sandals from Celine that she's been wearing on repeat, despite the cold weather outside. 

On Wednesday, the actress was spotted leaving her hotel in Paris with her son Pax wearing the black open-toed mules that showed off her dark purple pedicure. She paired her shoes with a black wool coat that featured glossy gold buttons and a double-breasted silhouette and a new oversized brown leather bag from Saint Laurent, dubbed the Y tote. Her blonde-highlighted hair was styled in loose waves, while a matte pink lip and bronze eyeshadow completed her glam. 

Pax, for his part, dressed for the weather in a gray jacket that was layered over his purple hoodie and brown pants. He accessorized with coordinating brown Nike sneakers and a fleece trapper hat in a similar shade. 

Earlier this month, Jolie first debuted her anti-winter shoes outside of her Atelier Jolie store in New York City. On that occasion, she paired the black sandals with wide-leg trousers and a white tank top underneath a cozy gray cardigan that featured an oversized fit and a deep V-neckline. And while it may have been a crisp 30-degrees that day—at least she didn't go barefoot!
