Aly Michalka Shuts Down Rumor She Secretly Dated “Phil of the Future” Costar Raviv Ullman: 'Never Even Kissed'
'Call Her Daddy' host Alex Cooper asked Michalka, 35, about online speculation she and Ullman, 38, secretly dated for six years
Aly Michalka is not hiding anything when it comes to her dating history.
During an appearance on Call Her Daddy with her sister AJ Michalka, Aly, 35, was asked if she "secretly" dated Raviv Ullman — who she starred on Phil of the Future with — as Alex Cooper cited "rumors online" that the former costars had a six-year relationship that they'd never confirmed.
Aly said the relationship "absolutely never" happened as she asked the podcast host, "That's funny, is this, like, a thing online?"

Her sister was similarly confused. "Wait, who said that?" AJ, 33, asked, before doubling down on Aly's response. "Literally can attest — [they] never even kissed," she said.
"No. It was always a friendship," Aly, who married Stephen Ringer in 2015 and shares a son with him, said.
There was definitely a crush early on — at least on Aly's side — but as AJ pointed out, Ullman — who went by Ricky during his time on the show — is "older" than Aly.
"That age range felt huge. I was 13 and I think he was 16...which is huge at that point," Aly said. "But I remember during the [chemistry] test, when I tested for Phil of the Future, and I saw he was the other boy that was up for it, I was like, 'He's really cute.' And then of course you meet them and then you're like, now we're just buddies."
In fact, AJ revealed that she and her sister "actually became really good friends with his girlfriend during that show," which is ironic given the internet speculation about Aly and Ullman.
"That is hilarious," AJ said of the rumors, and her sister agreed, "That is so funny to me."

Aly played Keely Teslow on Phil of the Future's two seasons from 2004 to 2006, during which she and her sister began performing as the musical duo Aly & AJ.
They then starred in a Disney Channel original movie, Cow Belles, in 2006, and continued acting while shifting more of their focus to music, embarking on nationwide tours with the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus.

In December, AJ recalled just how close she and her sister were with Cyrus, 32, during their early days. "We had a great run with each other. I mean, we could have toured for months together," she told PEOPLE. "We really gelled on and off-stage. Our moms were friends. Our senses of humor were very similar. And we got to sing a Kiss song with her, [“Rock and Roll All Nite,”] every night."
"She's a very down-to-earth, cool person through and through," she added of the "Flowers" singer. "Exactly what you think you're going to get, you're going to get, which is what I love about her."
