Ali Oetjen’s ex-fiancé is selling her engagement ring

While Bachelorette’s Ali Oetjen is off enjoying her new romance with winner Taite Radley, her ex-fiancé Dave Waldeck has put her old engagement ring up for sale.

The Adelaide local took to Gumtree, to post an ad selling the Sapphire gem sparkler for a negotiable price of $12,400 – despite being initially valued at $19,150.

Dave described the custom-made Wishart Jewellers piece as a “3.56 carat Ceylon Sapphire gem diamond ring,” that is in “perfect as new condition with no marks or scratches.”

Ali and Dave met soon after the reality star was left heartbroken during the finale of Tim Robards season of the Bachelor in 2013.

After dating for about 18-months the pair got engaged in 2015 during a trip to Europe where Ali gushed on social media, “We’re engaged! When two souls are meant to be together nothing gets in the way of their love for each other, it’s already decided.”

She was completely besotted with her new jewel as well, saying “It takes my breath away every time I look at it,” in a previous Instagram post.

However, the couple split in July 2017, not long before Ali’s stint on Bachelor in Paradise – sparking speculation the show was one of the reasons the two parted ways.

Now Ali is in the height of her fame, following her third appearance looking for love on the reality show, where she walked away with new beau Taite.

And it seems the new couple are in need of a manager after a leaked email “riddled with spelling mistakes” reveals how they’ve reportedly been trying to approach talent agents.

In the leaked message obtained by The Daily Telegraph, Taite claims he is hoping to “touch base” and explore talent management options following his North Queensland getaway with Ali.

The message then reads: “Being both into Heath (sic) and fitness, we’re looking at getting some good management to help strengthen our brand… We are currently getting offers but are unsure how to handel (sic) them.”
