Air fryer honey garlic chicken is sending TikTok wild: 'Absolutely gorgeous'
You don't have to fire up the barbecue to enjoy oozy honey garlic chicken tenders - now you can make them in just 15 minutes with your air fryer.
Christina Kynigos, aka the Very Hungry Greek, is known for her quick and easy TikTok recipes with a Mediterranean twist.
Her latest chicken recipe has gone viral with more than 3.6 million views and fans are raving about the incredible taste.
"I made these last night and it was amazing," said one. "OMG, absolutely gorgeous," another agreed.
Making them is easy. Firstly, slice a chicken breast into large strips. Season with salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of paprika, then dip each strip into a dish of egg before coating in crushed cornflakes.
Pop them in your air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Once cooked, glaze with a mix of one heaped tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of soy sauce and two or three minced garlic gloves.
The whole recipe contains just 331 calories and 43g carbs, but also gives you 41g of protein.
