Adorable moment Archie high fives Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Archie Mountbatten Windsor made his first official royal appearance yesterday to meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka, in South Africa and he charmed the socks off absolutely everyone.

The adorable four-month-old tot has been caught on camera in a cute exchange with the Archbishop, giving him a high five.

In a video posted to the official SussexRoyal Instagram account, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can be seen looking adoringly at their son, while the Archbishop coos over the tot.

Desmond Tutu then holds his hand up to the baby, with Meghan lifting up his arm and high fiving the Archbishop.

The four-month-old’s public debut was first captured in an Instagram story video, shot moments before the Sussexes met Archbishop Desmond Tutu in Cape Town on Wednesday.

In the clip, Archie is seen smiling at proud dad Prince Harry while decked out in a baby blue $23 dungarees as the trio walk towards the cleric at his legacy foundation.

Once becoming acquainted with one another, Archie received a kiss from the South African anti-apartheid activist while held closely in his mother’s arms.

Upon entering the building, the royals joined Mr Tutu and his daughter Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe for a sit-down chat where the group understandably cooed at the adorable youngster.

Meghan went on to describe her son as an ‘old soul’ before Ms Tutu Gxashe joked the youngster was 'going to be a ladies' man'.
