Abbie reveals post-Bachie sex 'spree'
Abbie Chatfield has defied the haters once again with a no-filter approach to talking about her breakup.
The Bachelor runner-up revealed that she got over her reality TV relationship the old fashioned way.
The 23-year-old told Punkee that she went on a ‘d*ck spree’ to get Matt off her mind after being dumped from the final two.
Famously uncensored, Abbie spoke candidly about the way she dealt with the heartbreak.
She explained that being shattered on national TV took some bouncing back, but that the rules around the post-filming months made it complicated.
The Brisbane local explained she came up with a system by which she would don a fake name to avoid being identified before the show aired.
“I slept with a few British people, so they wouldn’t know who I was. And my name was Annabel because it had to be an A-name because of my A-necklace,” she said.
The reality star even went so far as to do her partying in Sydney to avoid bumping into people who knew her at home in Brisbane.
This means contestants are forced to keep an extremely low profile to avoid spoilers.
Abbie was particularly targeted after the show, copping flack over steamy scenes with Matt Agnew that pointedly only seemed to fall back on her, and not the man at the centre of the entire show.

Post-show Abbie has also come under fire after fans accused her of playing a part in Matt and Chelsie’s break up.
She recently uploaded a snap to her Instagram stories, where she denied having any involvement in the breakdown of their relationship.
“Stop driving forward the narrative that I'm a 'homewrecker' or a 'man stealer' because it makes people click and hate me more,” she wrote.
“Some of you are saying it’s ‘my shot’, others are saying that he’s done a Blake Garvey. None of this is fair on Chelsie, Matt or me.
“My contact with Matt ended when I walked away from him at the finale and I am good friends with Chelsie and love her very much.”
Abbie went on to call the comments ‘unnecessary’ and said they aren’t helping anyone.
“I have nothing to do with their relationship or their breakup, so I’d appreciate it if I was left our of the conversation. Matt and Chels are great humans and I want them both to be happy.”
