Aaron claims his reason for filing for divorce is that "the views, tastes, likes and dislikes" of himself and his estranged wife have become "incompatible to the extent that it has become impossible for them to live together as husband and wife in marital harmony."

"There is no possibility of reconciliation between husband and wife," the complaint further alleges.

Aaron and Victoria tied the knot in August 2022, sharing the news on Instagram alongside several photos of the celebration, held at the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland. However, he listed his marriage date as "on or about May 4, 2020" - the day the pair were initially scheduled to walk down the aisle, per Us Weekly.

When contacted by PEOPLE, Aaron's representative had no comment.

On Thursday, March 6, Victoria was arrested on charges of soliciting to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder, according to inmate records in Clark County, Nev., reviewed by PEOPLE.

Inmate records show that she was held on $100,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 25.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, investigators found messages from Victoria to an inmate in a Florida prison about murdering her husband, Aaron. She is alleged to have provided the location and filming times of Aaron's show.

She allegedly set aside over $11,500 to pay the inmate in October 2024. They had also exchanged messages about a $2,500 upfront payment, per the outlet.

"Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce," one of the alleged texts read, the outlet reported.

Police allegedly became aware of the messages after corrections officers found and seized the smuggled phone that the Florida inmate was using. Victoria has denied plotting to have her husband killed and wanting him dead, and said she was simply fantasizing about being without her husband according to TMZ, citing police.
