Jessica Biel and Beverley Mitchell reunited for a very good cause!

Biel, 42, and Mitchell, 43, appeared at the Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colo.

Biel posted several photos and a video clip on Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 17 from the event, which includes a photo of Biel and Mitchell grinning with their arms around each other. The two starred on 7th Heaven, which ran for 11 seasons 1996 to 2007, although Biel transitioned off the show as a series regular during season 5.

“Last night was truly special at the #BeBeautifulBeYourself fashion show,” the actress wrote in the caption. “Walking the runway with my amazing niece @lovelyzayab was an unforgettable honor. Huge thanks to the @globaldownsyndrome foundation for creating such a profound, empowering event and for all the incredible work you do. My heart is so full. ♥️”

Biel and Mitchell played sisters Mary and Lucy Camden, respectively, on 7th Heaven. The WB show, which later moved to The CW, also starred Stephen Collins, Catherine Hicks, David Gallagher, Barry Watson and Mackenzie Rosman.

The Brenda Hampton-created family drama followed a Christian Protestant minister and his wife navigating raising seven children of various ages while residing in the fictional town of Glenoak, California.

This isn’t the first time since 7th Heaven went off the air that Biel and Mitchell have reconnected. The two met up at the premiere of Cruel Summer season 2 — which Biel executive produced — in 2023 and also at Monster Jam that same year.

Biel also virtually reunited with many of her former 7th Heaven costars — including Mitchell, Hicks, Gallagher, Watson and Rosman — via FaceTime for 90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut in March.

"Beyond grateful for these crazy humans that I call family!" Mitchell wrote on social media at the time. "To say that this was needed was an understatement, my heart is full and I have been so blessed to love and laugh with them."
