Privately sequestered on a five-acre plot, the estate comprises more than 10,000 square feet of living space split between three structures. The main house measures in at about 8,000 square feet and has five bedrooms, while the detached guest house has another two bedrooms in just over 1,000 square feet of space. There’s also a 900-square-foot entertainment pavilion with a wood-fired pizza oven.
Designed by architect Donald Joseph and built by NSM Construction, the home has a modern mountain aesthetic imbued with warm tones, cozy textures, and comforting organic materials, like natural stone and wood. There’s also a Tuscan-inspired entertaining pavilion with a wraparound deck, fire pit, barbecue, kitchen, TV, tables, and pizza oven; a Murphy bed makes it suitable for overflow guests. Beyond the house are 180-degree views that take in Lookout Mountain and the Carson Range from every vantage point.
