2025 Oscar Nominations List: “Emilia Pérez” Leads with 13, Plus “Wicked”, Demi Moore's “The Substance” and More

Conan O'Brien will host the 97th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 2

The 2025 Oscar nominees have been unveiled.

The nominations for the 97th Academy Awards were revealed live on Thursday, Jan. 23 by Bowen Yang and Rachel Sennott, presenting from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater. (Due to the Los Angeles wildfires, the announcement was postponed from its originally scheduled Jan. 17 date.)

Emilia Pérez is the top nominee with 13 total, making the musical the most-nominated non–English language film in Oscars history. Next in line this year are Wicked and The Brutalist with 10 nominations each.

Conan O'Brien will host the Oscars ceremony, which will air live from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood on Sunday, March 2 at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and Hulu.
