What 200 calories looks like

When it comes to weight loss, calorie counting is easier said than done. Sure, you can aim for 1200 calories per day (if you're trying to shift weight), but what the hell does that look like? Enter, Calorific, a new nutrition app which tells you just how much is 200 calories of your favourite foods.
