Tammy's latest post is no different, as she shows viewers how to make one of her "favorite 'transformation drinks.'" In the video, she poured what appeared to be two different sugar-free drink packet flavors into a bottle of water.

"This a lifestyle, and it has to still taste good and be good for you!" she explained in the caption of her Jan. 29 Instagram upload, suggesting one of the long-term changes she made during her weight loss journey was drinking less soda and more "transformation drinks" or water.

But fans in the comments couldn't help but propose another modification Tammy should make now that she's lost over 500 pounds, with several pointing out that "she’s gotta stop vaping."

"The doc won’t do [skin removal] surgery unless she stops vaping," another viewer clarified. "as it affects the recovery of the skin rebonding afterward."

"I can’t wait to see after the skin removal.!!!" someone else said, hoping Tammy would stop vaping. "You deserve it!!!!!"

The discussion about Tammy's skin removal surgery has been a big topic during recent episodes of the TLC reality series, as Tammy has been "waiting" on approval for the surgery "for so long."

"I've been waiting to hear that I can get my skin removal for so long," Tammy said during the season finale. "When I get rid of the skin, I'm going to be a brand-new me… better. I'm going to become a model and walk the catwalk."

Unfortunately, the appointment didn't go as smoothly as she had hoped, despite fully knowing her vaping habit was stopping her from getting the surgery she wants.

"So there's one thing I haven't told my doctors about and it could mess up the chances of having skin removal," Tammy said in the December 2024 episode. "I do vape. I mainly use it for anxiety. It helps calm me down."

"Right now I am vaping every day, several times a day,” she continued. “Even sometimes I'll get up in the middle of night and I hit my vape a couple times and I'll go back to sleep."

After meeting with plastic surgeon Dr. Peter Rubin, the doctor informed Tammy if she wants the surgery, her next area of focus needs to be quitting vaping.

"So #1 we got to get you off the vapes completely, #2 the nutrition is really important. We got to get those numbers up. That's going to take about two months minimum," he said at the time. "So we can't schedule the surgery now until we can get all these things worked out."

Whether or not Tammy has been successful in giving up vaping remains unclear, but it will likely be part of the Season 7 plot line, which has not officially been announced.

Seasons 1 through 6 of 1000-Lb Sisters can be streamed on Hulu, TLC and Discovery+.
