Leo season officially kicked off on July 22, and there’s a lot to read to celebrate!

The Fire sign, typically born between July 23 and Aug. 22, is known for its confidence, love of entertainment and boldness, amongst other traits. They’re also known to have a gentler side and tend to be optimists, seeing the brightness ahead.

“They bring a really strong energy ... because the sun is connected to them,” Chris Corsini, a psychic and artist, told PEOPLE about the sign. “When a Leo walks into a room, you can feel that.”

In honor of Leo season, we’ve rounded up some of the best books to read — whether you’re in the mood for novels with characters that give major Leo energy or books by and about famous Leos themselves — you’re sure to find something here.

Here are some of PEOPLE’s picks for the best books to pick up this Leo season.
