1. OPEN THE DOOR
Stand tall, knees soft and feet together, with your arms at your sides. Slowly step left foot out to the side so feet are shoulder-width apart. Gently raise both arms in front of you to chest height (1a), palms down, then slightly bend your elbows and slowly lower arms to waist level as you bend your knees (1b)—you should sink 8 to 10 cm. You'll still face 12:00.
