A new health report as found the majority of women only stick to a diet for three weeks. The findings, published in www.mirror.co.uk found after about 19 days women become less strict and start reaching for fatty foods, alcohol and chocolates.

The research also found women try to cut down their kJ intake at least three times a year.

Women also revealed they will spend an average of $280.00 on gym, exercise gear and fitness magazines every time their start a new diet.
