The proof is in the picture: Miranda Kerr may have one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, but it doesn't come without hard work.
Breaking a sweat in a new photo posted on Twitter, Kerr shows off her assets during a tough weights session with her trainer on September 26 as she prepares her body to walk the Victoria's Secret runway in November. "Amping up the training for #victoriassecretfashionshow," Kerr wrote alongside the photo.
A longtime fan of yoga and pilates, Kerr has since admitted to adding resistance and weight training to her fitness regime following the birth of her son, Flynn, with husband Orlando Bloom, last January.
“It does actually take a lot of work,” the mum-of-one admitted of maintaining a fit figure post pregnancy.
“Especially now since the baby — a lot more squats. I’ve got a new trainer and he’s really kicking my butt. I’ve naturally got quite little arms, so he’s been making me do push-ups just to get strength. I’ve been really working hard."
So how does she stay motivated? "I think about how good I am going to feel after I work out," Kerr told Women's Fitness in July. "[Working out] keeps me mentally fit and positive, so I know I just have to get on and do it. It's important to take care of yourself, because then you can perform at your optimum."
Fitness aside, Kerr also keeps fit by following a strict diet primarily made up of "raw, organic food."
"I find the most satisfying food is food that's full of life, so it's raw and clean and organic. We have a vegetable patch in LA... when I eat them from there I love that."
