Three snacks to get you started on the Flat Belly Diet
Apple-and-popcorn Snack
1 medium apple cut into wedges with 2 tbs peanut butter for dipping and 4 cups light microwave popcorn.
Berry-nut Whip
1 cup blueberries and 2 tbs chopped peanuts mixed into 150 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt.
Pear and Crackers
2 Ryvita crackers (or 3 plain rice cakes) spread with 2 tbs almond butter. Top or eat with 1 medium sliced pear.
