Three breakfast ideas to get you started on the Flat Belly Diet

Peanut-butter-and-banana Toast

1 slice Helga's wholemeal bread, toasted, spread with 2 tbs natural peanut butter and topped with 1/2 a sliced banana; serve with 1 cup skim milk.

Apple-Cinnamon Pikelet

2 small pikelets or 1 large pikelet, heated and topped with 1 cup SPC unsweetened apple sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 tbs walnuts.

Muesli and Yoghurt

1/4 cup plain non-toasted muesli mixed with 150 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt and 2 tbs almonds; serve with 1 orange, cut into quarters.
