Jennifer Lopez Involved In A Bizarre Nude Photos Lawsuit

Jennifer Lopez has been sued by a man who claims she tricked him into sending naked photos of himself.

According to celeb news website TMZ.com, a Los Angeles man named Rodrigo Ruiz filed a lawsuit against the 44-year-old star alleging that she requested naked photos from him in a series of letters from 2008.

Rodrigo also claims the Latino star requested a demo CD in order to help him launch a music career. According to the lawsuit, the singer's fake advances led Rodrigo to believe he had a shot at stardom and became so depressed when he learned it was all a scam that he had to seek professional help.

The letters sent to Rodrigo were traced back to a PO box linked to a 53-year-old Los Angeles woman - not Jennifer. A rep for the Waiting For Tonight singer responded to the claim, saying, "This is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Ms Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed."
