Dylan EfronDylan Efron, Zac Efron's younger brother and star of The Traitors season 3, has a hot take on personal hygiene.
Dylan, 33, shared his thoughts during some rapid-fire questioning while appearing on the interview show Are You Okay? In a clip, which was posted on the show’s official Instagram on Friday, Feb. 28, the reality star admits that he thinks showers are “overrated.”
“I think people shower too much,” he says, adding, “We take way too many showers. I go in the pool a lot. Like, there’s chlorine — it’s killing everything.”
When the show’s host points out that you can’t scrub yourself clean in a pool, Dylan replies, “We don’t need to soap our bodies every time we’re in the shower, either. That’s way too much!”

During his Are You Okay? appearance, the travel influencer also shared his most “controversial” food opinion: “I do not like croissants,” he declares in the clip.
And when it comes to something Dylan considers underrated?
“This is so corny,” he says with a sheepish smile, before continuing: “Watching more sunsets. Every time I see a sun[set] I run outside and try to watch it.”
While Dylan has been known as Zac’s cute younger brother by astute social media users for a number of years, he rose to fame on a national scale as a contestant in the latest season of Peacock's mystery-based reality competition series The Traitors.
This season of the reality show — which challenges players to sniff out a group of secret saboteurs among the other cast members in an effort to win part of a $250,000 grand prize — features an all-star cast including Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari, Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause and RuPaul's Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen.
While recently speaking to PEOPLE, Dylan — who shared that he was “really shy” as a kid — said “it was always a dream” to be on a competition show like The Traitors.
“I was super competitive growing up,” he said. “So when Traitors asked, it was a no-brainer. I don't think I would've been ready for this a couple years ago, but it was the perfect timing for me. I watched, I loved it and I thought I'd do pretty well.”

"I think he's going to win," the actor, 37, told the outlet. "He's really good at games, and I just have a good feeling about it.”
Zac added: “Growing up, he was a first roll [at Yahtzee] kind of dude. If I was him, I would move to Vegas and just play games. He's that good, so I got high hopes for him.”
When Zac was asked if he might make an appearance on the current season of The Traitors — which filmed in a castle in Scotland — alongside his brother, he jokingly refused to comment.
"I know nothing about that," he coyly replied.
The Traitors season 3 is currently streaming on Peacock.
