X-rated baking tin ad goes viral

You can find pretty much anything on Facebook these days. From old friends to the news of the day, hilarious memes and local events, we’ll never get sick of browsing the social media giant’s pages.

However, one person’s spring clean out has got everyone talking, after they tried to sell an X-rated baking tin online.

At first glance, the picture looks unremarkable, showing six different shapes and sizes of baking trays, which are on sale for $50.

But if you take a closer look, you’ll notice one of the grey trays is a rather odd shape for a baking tin.

Second from the top in the picture above, you can see a penis-shaped tin, for baking up some delicious phallic-formed treats.

While the owner clearly has a good sense of humour and no qualms about posting the tin on their Facebook page, people in the comments section on one Facebook group couldn’t help but laugh.

“Are you willing to spilt the lot and sell individually? There’s just one I’m in particular need of,” one person joked.

Another didn’t care about the penis-shaped tin, finding it more shocking that the owner was asking for $50 for a heap of used tins.

“I love that “Elephant” tin. Save the “trunk” for me,” another person said.

One woman said she has that tin and it’s a ‘popular request, particularly for hen's nights’, while another person dished out a bit of advice, saying silicone makes for a more realistic looking cake.
