How To Make An Insta-Worthy Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl At Home

Sure, you may have seen them on your insta feed a plenty, but if you haven’t had the fortune of actually trying a dragon fruit smoothie bowl before, it’s basically safe to say you haven't experienced one of life's greatest pleasures.

It’s not easy to pinpoint, but if we had to describe it, we’d say it’s like a tropical beach party on your tongue A.K.A. all your dreams coming true at once/delicious/bliss – need we go on?

Ingredients

Mixture:
1 Dragonfruit
1 banana
½ papaya
1 handful of raspberries.
1 cup of apple juice

Topping:
1 small banana sliced
2 strawberries sliced
1/4 cup of coconut flakes
1/4 cup of muesli
5 small slices of pineapple

Method:
1. Roughly chop up all the mixture fruit and place into a blender
2. Add a cup of apple juice
3. Blend until mixture has a thick but smooth consistency
4. Pour into bowl
5. Layer a line of each of the topping ingredients next to each other on top of the mixture
6. Enjoy!
