Will Taylor Swift's Eras schedule allow her to make Travis Kelce's Super Bowl game?
Here's what you need to know, including how to watch the big game.
Even if you’ve never watched a game of American football in your life, there’s a good chance that you are all over the 2024 Super Bowl (otherwise known as Super Bowl LVIII) thanks to a certain mega-pop star dating a certain tight end (not a euphemism).
Yep, we are talking about Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce who have been consistently breaking the internet since going public with their romance in September 2023.
Reigning champs, the Chiefs will face off against the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada on February 11, with even the most casual football fans excited to see if Taylor will make an appearance.
Here’s everything you need to know about Super Bowl LVIII, including how to watch it in Australia.
Who is playing at the 2024 Super Bowl?
The game will be a showdown between last year's winner - The Kansas City Chiefs - and the San Francisco 49ers.

Who is the halftime entertainment at the Super Bowl?
It’s going to be incredibly difficult to top last year’s epic performance by Rihanna (who debuted her second baby bump and just generally nailed it).
Still, R&B superstar Usher is going to give it a red-hot crack this year. With mega-hits such as 'Yeah!', 'You Got It Bad', 'Caught Up' and 'DJ’s Got Us Falling in Love' under his belt, we think he’ll do just fine.
How can I watch the Super Bowl in Australia?
You can catch the game live on Channel 7, 7Mate, and ESPN (on Foxtel) in Australia from 9:30 am (AEST) on Monday, February 12.
Kayo will also have live coverage from 9:00 am and will be showing replays later in the day.

Will Taylor Swift be at the 2024 Super Bowl?
Although the singer has been a constant fixture at Travis’ games since they became an item, it’s going to be tricky for Tay to make it in time for the big event.
Taylor is set to perform in Japan as she continues her billion-dollar Eras tour from February 7th to Feb 10th. Then she is due in Australia to kick off that leg of the tour on Feb 16th in Melbourne but will surely need to be in the country a little earlier to get over the jetlag and to run through a dress rehearsal at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
So, it’s cutting it fine, but given Tokyo is 17 hours ahead of Nevada and the fact that she has a private plane (or two) at her disposal, there is a pretty good chance that she will make it work.
Will Travis Kelce be at any of Taylor Swift’s Australian shows?
It’s possible! The NFL season ends on January 7, but obviously, with Travis’s team being in the Super Bowl, he will continue until the big game on February 11th. After that - he will likely need a little R+R and sunshine - so what better place to enjoy that than Australia, where his lover (sorry, had to) just happens to be heading on the next leg of her tour?
Can I still get tickets to Taylor Swift’s Australian shows?
The official tickets sold out in a matter of hours when they went on sale, so your best bet is to nab tickets through a verified online reseller. Just be wary of scams and remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
