This Wild Documentary Is A Top Movie On Netflix Right Now
“Jailbreak: Love on the Run” is currently the second most popular movie on Netflix, according to the platform’s public ranking system.
The gripping documentary dives into the April 2022 escape of a murder suspect in an Alabama jail ― with the help of a lovestruck corrections officer 20 years his senior.
The roughly 90-minute documentary premeired on Sept. 25 and features interviews with many of the officer’s colleagues and acquaintances, as well as other inmates.

“Wolfs”
The most popular movie on Apple TV+ at the moment is “Wolfs,” a new action comedy starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt as two professional fixers.
After premiering at the Venice International Film Festival on Sept. 1, the film had a limited theatrical release on Sept. 20 and joined Apple TV+ one week later. Amy Ryan, Austin Abrams and Poorna Jagannathan also appear in “Wolfs.”
“Killer Heat”
“Killer Heat” was released on Amazon Prime Video on Sept. 26. The mystery drama stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Shailene Woodley and Richard Madden.
Based on the short story “The Jealousy Man” by Jo Nesbø, “Killer Heat” tells the story of a private detective who travels to a Greek island to investigate the death of man who was embroiled in a love triangle with his twin brother.
“What You Wish For”
“What You Wish For” is currently the most popular movie on Hulu. The thriller had a limited theatrical release on May 31 and received mostly positive reviews from critics.
Nick Stahl stars as a chef who attempts to escape his gambling debt by taking on the identity of an old friend who cooks for a wealthy family. He soon discovers, however, that his new clients have dark secrets of their own.
“The Martian”
The 2015 Ridley Scott film “The Martian” is trending on Max right now. Starring Matt Damon, the sci-fi movie follows an astronaut who is left behind on Mars after being struck by debris in a dust storm and presumed dead.
The cast also includes Jessica Chastain, Jeff Daniels, Kristen Wiig, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sean Bean, Michael Peña, Kate Mara, Sebastian Stan, Aksel Hennie, Mackenzie Davis, Donald Glover and Benedict Wong.
