Wife divides opinion with 'hilarious' Covid prank on husband
An Australian TikTok user has divided opinion after tricking her husband into thinking he had come into contact with someone with coronavirus and would have to isolate for 14 days.
The woman named Megan changed her name in her husband Terry's phone to 'Service NSW' and texted him saying he'd been identified as a close contact to a confirmed Covid case.
She filmed his shocked reaction after receiving the text which quickly went viral on the app.
"Are you kidding me?" he says as he reads his phone, clearly shocked. "Terrence, coronavirus alert.
"You have been identified as a close person with coronavirus. You're required immediately to get tested," he reads aloud.

Terry is shocked and realises his best friend would also have to isolate and quickly calls him.
"That's f***ed up," Megan replies, telling him he will no longer be able to play tennis, which seems to be the most shocking part of the news to Terry, whose eyes go wide in horror.
"Did you get the f***ing message from the NSW app? I've just been notified," he asks his friend before realising he's been pranked.
"You f***ing b***h," Terry says as he points at his wife, before telling his friend, "Megan's just being a f***wit!"
The video has been viewed over 705,000 times and has received over 1000 comments, most of which find the prank hilarious, especially Terry's reaction to not being able to play tennis.
"His face when he couldn't go to tennis," one user wrote alongside numerous laughing faces, adding, "I can't."
"His eyes almost popped out haha," another user said, referencing Terry's expression at the tennis comment.
"It was the eyes widening when he realised he couldn't play tennis for me," someone else said.
"Best prank ever! I bow down to your skills miss," another fan added.
"Not often I genuinely laugh out loud, but this was amazing," one user said.
Others questioned whether Megan had to delete all her messages to Terry to make the prank work and she confirmed this, saying she deleted all their message and call history.
Some even asked for the exact wording she used so they could play the prank on their loved ones.
However, some didn't find the prank so funny with one user writing, "I don't think this is funny TBH when people are dying."
Another added, "Let's play a prank in a pandemic. Next head to the shops with no mask. Hilarious."
