Whoopi Goldberg said what she said!

During the Nov. 13 episode of The View, the talk show host celebrated her 69th birthday by presenting “Whoopi’s Favorite Things.” One item was a giant wheel of cheese with her face etched into it, which she posed next to before planting a kiss on the top.

“I always wanted my face on cheese," co-host Sara Haines said.

"I like to be eaten from time to time," Goldberg quipped, leading Haines to slowly turn around and playfully walk off stage at the NSFW joke.

The studio audience laughed and applauded as Haines stepped back into frame laughing and wrapping her arms around Goldberg.

"Never mind," Goldberg declared, playfully putting on a confused face.

She went on to describe the origins of the parmesan cheese before saying, “If you would like a chance to win a wheel just like this one…”

“And eat Whoopi Goldberg!” Haines chimed in.

“That’s right,” Goldberg giggled.

Also for her 69th birthday, Goldberg was named as the face of fashion brand Ami's fall/winter 2024 campaign, which "depicts the essence of Whoopi herself: a contagious smile, charismatic stature and tender glance," per a press release.

If all that wasn’t enough, the comedian is starring as Miss Hannigan in Annie at NYC's Madison Square Garden starting Dec. 11, and has been working on the third installment of the Sister Act movie franchise.

On Nov. 6, she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she shared an update on the project. She said that because of the recent death of Maggie Smith, who appeared in the original films as Mother Superior, there had been changes in production.

"We're having to make some readjustments because we just lost Maggie Smith, as you know," Goldberg said. "And so, we will get it done. We will get it done. It's just, it's a shift."

Goldberg previously told PEOPLE that the long-awaited third Sister Act film was "still on the way" and "percolating."

In March, she revealed that the team was "in the process of writing the script," and responded "yes and no" when asked if she was handling the script herself.

“It’s hard to do everything,” the EGOT winner said. “And I like to think that I can, but I’ve come to the understanding that I can’t do as much stuff simultaneously as I’d like to.”
