"She's the happiest and most content I have known her," a source close to Kerr, who has son Flynn, 4, with ex Orlando Bloom, tells WHO. Billionaire tech mogul Spiegel "absolutely adores" Kerr-- he's met her parents and "they're hoping he'll join her for Christmas in Australia," says the source.
