How to Watch Young Sheldon Season 7 Online
Young Sheldon, TV’s most-watched comedy features family blow-ups, births and all the Big Bang Theory Easter eggs, is entering its final season. Here’s everything you need to know for how to watch Young Sheldon Season 7 online when it premieres on Thursday, Feb. 15th on CBS at 8/7c.
Since September 2017, Young Sheldon has offered viewers a chance to get to know the eccentric Sheldon Cooper as a child, before he became the man we know and love… and sometimes loom sideways at… from The Big Bang Theory. We’ve had the joy of watching the beloved characters transform from precocious kiddos to young adults. (See then and now photos!)

But what’s to come in Season 7? In Young Sheldon‘s Season 6 finale, Sheldon and Mary’s flight to Germany took off just before a tornado touched down in Medford, forcing the rest of the Cooper/McAllister clan to hunker down and take cover. In Season 7, Episode 1, titled “Half a Wiener Schnitzel and Underwear in a Tree,” news of the tornado reaches Sheldon and Mary in Germany. Meanwhile, with the Cooper house in chaos, Missy steps up.

Where to Watch Young Sheldon Season 7 Online
All CBS content arrives on Paramount Plus the day after it airs and the Paramount Plus With Showtime plan livestreams CBS, so it’s best option for streaming Season 7 of Young Sheldon. The only downside? The streamer doesn’t offer Young Sheldon’s previous seasons; instead, those are available online via a different streamer. (We’ll get to that in a second.)

Use code “GOAT”
Right now, Paramount Plus is offering an extended 30-day free trial so you can watch a few Young Sheldon Season 7 episodes for free! Simply sign up for any plan and enter the discount code “GOAT” at checkout to receive a Paramount Plus free trial for 30 days. Keep in mind, you can cancel your subscription at anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid paying for Paramount Plus. The Paramount Plus free trial is typically only seven days, so this is a deal you won’t want to miss.
Paramount+ offers two subscription tiers for accessing the service on its own, as well as a bundle option. If you sign up for Paramount+, you can opt for the Essential plan with ads for just $5.99 per month to watch Young Sheldon Season 7 episodes the day after they air on CBS; this plan does not include your local live CBS station, but NFL on CBS and UEFA Champions League will be available via live feeds. Paramount+ currently offers subscribers the option to save 16% by committing to a year-long subscription for $59.99.
Alternatively, you can watch Young Sheldon Season 7 live online by subscribing to the Paramount+ with Showtime plan for $11.99/month, or save by paying $119.99 for an annual plan. The Paramount Plus with Showtime plan does include your local live CBS station. Though the plan is mostly ad-free, live TV streams will still have commercials, and a few shows include brief promotional interruptions to keep you in the loop on new and upcoming Paramount+ programming.
As a subscriber to Paramount+, you’ll also gain access to original series including Halo, Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Frasier, Criminal Minds: Evolution, Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, 1883, 1923, Mayor of Kingstown and more. The streamer also offers live sports action from the NFL on CBS, UEFA Champions League and March Madness (punctuated by highlights, replays and expert analysis via CBS Sports HQ).
Where to Watch Young Sheldon Online: Seasons 1-6
No other streaming platform will offer new Season 7 episodes the day after they air. You can, however, stream Seasons 1 through 6 on Max and Netflix.
Watch Young Sheldon Seasons 1-6 on Max
We recommend Max over Netflix, since you’ll then have access to every season of The Big Bang Theory. So if you’re someone who hasn’t yet seen either series, or you need to play some catch-up, subscribing to Max is a must. Plus, within a few months of its series finale, Young Sheldon Season 7 will migrate to the streamer so you’ll eventually have access to the entire Sheldon library. Max subscriptions go for $9.99/month and $15.99/month, with and without ads, respectively. You can also upgrade to an ultimate plan for $19.99/month to unlock the ability to stream on more devices and save more downloaded titles.
How to Watch Young Sheldon Online for Free
The only way to watch Young Sheldon online for free is by enjoying a limited-time free trial period. We recommend capitalizing now on the 30-day Paramount Plus free trial, so you can at least watch a portion of Young Sheldon Season 7 online for free. Or, wait until a few episodes drop before signing up to be able to squeeze more new episodes into your free trial period. We don’t know, however, when that code will expire.
