Watch Meghan Markle Take on Snow Tubing in Whistler with Major Jitters and a Prince Harry Surprise!

Meghan Markle conquered her fears at the Invictus Games!

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out in Whistler on Feb. 11 to watch some of the winter sports making their debut in this year's edition of the adaptive sporting competition for wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans created by Harry in 2014.

In videos shared on Meghan's newly launched Instagram, she and Prince Harry held hands while heading up to do some snow tubing. Meghan got into the tube but was a little nervous to head down the hill, saying, "No, no, no...I really don't want to it!"

Prince Harry was heard encouraging his wife: "Come on, you'll be absolutely fine! You'll be fine."

Meghan started down the hill and immediately began spinning — as Harry was heard laughing in the background!

Prince Harry, 40, might be more of a thrillseeker than Meghan, 43. At the One Year to Go celebration in 2024, Prince Harry tried skeleton, luging head-first down the frozen track. Meghan filmed her husband on her phone but when a photographer suggested Meghan attempt the sport next, she quickly shut down the idea: "No way!"

For day four of the 2025 Invictus Games, Meghan and Prince Harry bundled up for some outdoor action. The Duchess of Sussex sported a long black puffer coat over a white turtleneck sweater and matching pants, accessorizing with sunglasses, a hat and gloves. Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex donned a jacket with the Invictus Games Foundation logo.

Meghan and Prince Harry also spent time on the mountain the previous day, welcoming the competition to Whistler alongside Canadian singer Michael Bublé, who impressed the crowd by singing a few lines of "Feeling Good." But when Harry teased that his wife would also sing as he brought her out on the stage, she responded with a laugh and firm "no."

The Vancouver and Whistler games, which will run until Feb. 16, follow cycles in London (2014), Orlando (2016), Toronto (2017) and Sydney (2018), the Hague (when the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the event back to 2022) and Düsseldorf (2023).
